- Choose your video and the language you speak.
- Press “Create subtitles”. The first time, your browser downloads the AI model and keeps it saved.
- Fix any wrong words, pick a style and download the subtitled video, or the .srt file for YouTube.
FAQ
Is my video uploaded to a server?
No. The AI listens to the audio right in your browser. The first time, your browser downloads the AI model from our site and keeps it: it's a public file, the same for everyone, and your video never travels anywhere.
How accurate is it?
With a clear voice and little background noise it gets few words wrong. Names, rare terms and noisy audio often need fixing, which is why the text is always editable before you save.
What is an .srt file?
A text file with the subtitles and their timings. Upload it to YouTube, Facebook or LinkedIn with your video, and viewers can turn the subtitles on or off.
Does it work with songs, even in dialect?
Yes, with “Song” mode: you paste the lyrics, the AI listens to the video knowing which words to look for, then places each line at the right moment. The words stay exactly as you wrote them, in any language or dialect. If a line is off, fix it with “Sync by hand” by tapping a button while the song plays.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, on recent phones. It's slower than on a computer: for long videos, use a computer or the “Fast” model.
